Support Benefit for Resident Tax Exempted Household (70,000 yen)
Additional Payment
Toyokawa City Support Benefit for Resident Tax Exempted Household Call Center
Benefit is paid to resident tax exempted household under the influence of rising
prices of things.
Eligibility: Household which is registered on Basic Resident Register of Toyokawa
city as of December 1, 2023, and all the household members are exempted with
resident tax (Per capita rate) in the fiscal year 2023, and meeting one of the
followings Household which received Support Benefit for Resident Tax
Exempted Household (30,000 yen) and whose number of members has not
increased from June 2 to December 1, 2023 Household which has possibility to
be eligible for the benefit at the point of December 1, 2023
Sum of payment: 70,000 yen per household
Application: For household , “Notification of Support Benefit for Resident Tax
Exempted Household (70,000 yen) Additional Payment in the fiscal year 2023” is
scheduled to be mailed between the end of January and the beginning of February.
If there is not any change of the content, the benefit is transferred to the bank
account written on the notification. In case of change of bank account or refusal
of receiving the benefit, call Toyokawa City Support Benefit for Resident Tax
Exempted Household Call Center immediately. For household , application is
necessary. “Payment Requirement Confirmation Form or Application Form for
Support Benefit for Resident Tax Exempted Household” is scheduled to be mailed
in the end of February. Fill in the necessary items and return it in the enclosed
return envelope by May 10 (Fri.) (Postmark on this date is valid.).

Information of Aichi Prefecture Child Rearing Support Benefit
Aichi Prefecture Child Rearing Support Benefit Call Center
For low birthrate countermeasures, Aichi prefecture pays child rearing support
benefit to the eligible person written as below.
Eligible Person: Person who raises an eligible child (※) and meets any of the
followings
Received Child Rearing Allowance (Jido Fuyo Teate) in the month in which the
child received a medical checkup for 1 year and 6 month old or for 3 year old
(an eligible medical checkup, hereafter)
The household is exempted with resident tax in the fiscal year 2023 and all
the members are not dependents of resident tax-imposed person (Note: In
case of having received a medical checkup in April and May, 2023, the taxation
condition of the previous fiscal year is confirmed.)
(※) Eligible child means a child who was born between April 1, 2020 and March
31, 2021, or born between October 1, 2021 and September 30, 2022 and
received an eligible medical checkup in Aichi prefecture in the fiscal year 2023.
Application Period: Within 6 months from the date of the eligible medical
checkup (Note: For person who received an eligible medical checkup between
April 1 and October 5, 2023, application period is until April 5 (Fri.) 2024.)
Sum of the payment: 50,000 yen per eligible child
