※Aside from Japanese, corresponding languages are Chinese (Thursday),
and Portuguese (Wednesday and Friday).
Information of booster vaccination starting from September
Vaccination starting date: September 20 (Wed.)
Venue: Individual Vaccination: At medical institutions in Toyokawa city /
Group Vaccination: At Shimin Plaza (Prio? 4F), Health Center (Hoken
Center)
Eligibility: Person aged 5 or older who has completed 1st/2nd vaccination
Eligible vaccination tickets: Vaccination tickets (cream color) which are
mailed sequentially 3 months after the previous vaccination (In case that
the person has unused vaccination tickets at hand, please use them. In this
case, vaccination tickets will not be mailed.)
※ First vaccination is also implemented for person who has never taken. In
case of wishing to take vaccination, contact Toyokawa City Novel Corona
Vaccine Call Center.
2.国民健康保険料は納期限までに納めてください

National Health Insurance Premium is source of revenue for the insurance
benefit, therefore, it is very important to make payment by the due date without
fail. For this payment, account transfer payment is convenient.
■If it is kept unpaid
Except special case such as disaster, if you continue non-payment of the premium,
the following measures may be conducted.
1) Your health insurance benefit from high-cost medical care and other benefits
2) will be allocated to your unpaid insurance premium.
3) Depending on period of the unpaid premium, the validity term of your health
4) insurance certificate will be shortened, so called “short term health insurance
5) certificate” will be issued instead or “insured qualification certificate” will be
6) issued with which you have to pay all the medical bills each time temporarily.
3) Confiscation of property etc. may be conducted.
■ Getting or losing the qualification of “National Health Insurance”
1) When you leave your job or newly move into Toyokawa from other places,
please apply for the qualification of “National Health Insurance”, and the
insurance qualification becomes effective. If application is delayed, you may have
to pay the insurance premium which is calculated back to the day of qualification
occurrence, so please complete the registration WITHIN 14 DAYS.
2) The insurance premium will be imposed on householder. A householder is the
tax debtor for national health insurance. Even though the householder has Social
Health Insurance, in case of the family members belonging to National Health
Insurance, the notification is addressed to the householder.
3.児童扶養手当を支払います

Child Rearing Support Division (Kosodate Shien Ka)
Child Rearing Allowance, Jido Fuyo Teate, will be paid to the designated bank
account on September 11 (Mon.). This time, the payment of the allowance is for
2 months (July and August). The notice is not informed individually. Please check
it with your bankbook etc.
